Thermoplastic and Precision Injection Molding Bushing
Maxton is Tri-Mack’s line of ultra high performance self-lubricated bearing materials.  Based on existing high temperature engineering thermoplastics, the Maxton compounds combine unparalleled high load, high speed friction wear capabilities with the economies of injection molding.  Maxton offers significant performance improvements over existing injection moldable compounds and dramatic cost advantages versus polyimides and other non-moldable bearing materials.  There are many potential uses, but the bottom line is clear: Maxton will add value to your products by improving performance and lowering cost in your bearing application.

SLiP is Tri-Mack’s patented Self-Lubricated Pin technology, a design and manufacturing process that can lower costs by improving performance, eliminating components, and reducing downtime in your pivot pin or conveyor equipment.

Tri-Mack’s EZ Fit bushing design allows for ease of assembly and replacement of thermoplastic bushings.  The patented two-piece design can be fit together in place, dramatically reducing the installation time and cost.
