Tri-Mack designs and builds custom plastic injection mold tooling using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM and CNC equipment, including CNC sinker and wire electrical discharge machines (EDM). We can provide high volume multi-cavity molds with hot runner systems or low cost near-net molds for smaller quantity parts. Tri-Mack's engineering staff will work closely with you to ensure that your part design is optimized for injection molding. With in house design and tool making, you can be confident that the final molded part will be made to your specifications.
Our molds are built for high temperature engineering plastics using hardened steels and electric or oil heat as required. Our experience with materials like PEEK, Torlon, Aurum, Ultem, Amodel, and Ryton translates to robust mold designs and construction for both unfilled materials and compounds containing carbon fiber, glass fiber, graphite, and PTFE.
Tri-Mack can design and build high precision molds that can produce consistent close tolerance molded parts. Our ability to machine components to finished dimensions enables Tri-Mack to mold near net components using inexpensive tooling. This model is especially cost-effective for lower volume components.
This expertise is also used to build precision machining and inspection fixtures. For complex components these precision fixtures are a key part of a successful manufacturing process.
Our creativity and broad capabilities enable Tri-Mack to provide the best manufacturing process for your components.
