Precision Machining

Tri-Mack offers precision machining capabilities, including CNC milling, CNC turning, and CNC Swiss screw machining.  We utilize tight tolerance machining to produce components from high performance engineering plastics such as Vespel, PEEK, Torlon, Ultem, and Teflon (PTFE).  Our fleet of precise CNC machining centers are programmed from solid models using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software.

Plastic machined parts can be made using stock shapes such as extruded plates or compression molded rods.  As a compliment to our injection molding, we can also machine molded blank to their final print dimensions and tolerances.  This capability enabes Tri-Mack to provide you with the most cost-effective manufacturing solution.

Tri-Mack also machines metallic compopnents in aluminum, titanlum, and stainless steel.  We machine custom hardware for insert molding and bonded assemblies.
