Assembly and Finishing

Tri-Mack completes the plastic part development process by offering assembly and testing capabilities.

Tri-Mack is NADCAP certified for composite bonding and we assemble aerospace plastic parts in our Class 10,000 equivalent clean room.  We assemble thermoplastic components as well as bond in place seals and other hardware.  We have extensive experience in bonding with epoxy composite film adhesives, multi-part epoxy systems, and RTV.

Tri-Mack offers ultrasonic welding and insertion capabilities for low cost assembly.

We have part marking capability such as pad printing and dot peen.

Tri-Mack can also provide functional testing for your precision plastic components, such as torque and pressure testing.
