High Performance Plastic Engineering Design
Whether your project is a metal-to-plastic conversion or brand new part, you can rely on Tri-Mack’s high performance engineering plastics expertise to guide you from design to production.

Tri-Mack’s engineering staff can provide part producibility support from the outset of your project.  This is the key first step to assure a smooth qualification at the end of the new product introduction process.  Depending on the timeline of your project, we can also work concurrently to refine the part design while developing the tooling and manufacturing process.

Our goal is to assist you in launching your new product on budget and on time.  Tri-Mack’s 17-tollgate New Product Introduction procedure is our guide to custom plastic part development and the key to a successful product launch.

Tri-Mack uses state-of-the-art technology in solid modeling to design tooling and to write CNC machining programs.  For CAD, we utilize Solid Works and Unigraphics.  For plastic injection molding, we use Mold Flow analysis prior to the mold build to insure that the part geometry and tool design will work together and provide a high quality component.
