Computer Aided Design & Mold Flow

Tri-Mack uses state-of-the-art CAD software in solid modeling to design tooling and CAM software to write CNC machining programs.  For CAD, we utilize Solid Works and Unigraphics.

For plastic injection molding, we use Mold Flow analysis prior to the mold build to insure that the part geometry and tool design will work together and provide a high quality component.  Mold Flow lets us model the molding process using your CAD file and our mold layout.  This enables us to identify potential issues and confirm tool designs long before any steel is cut.
